Microsoft has launched a new accelerator to drive Frontline Worker Teams Platform usage in F-SKUs. January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022, FastTrack Ready Partners and Jumpstart Partners may earn the standard CPOR incentives exclusively for paid F-SKUs.

Offer terms

• The program runs from January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022.
• Eligible SKUs: Paid Teams Platform F-SKUs (Office 365 F3, M365 F1, M365 F3). Trial and unpaid SKUs are NOT eligible.
• Teams Platform for Frontline must be claimed by participating partners on or before June 30, 2022.
• Partners will be able to continue to drive usage through the end of the Microsoft fiscal year, June 30, 2022.

How it works

In Partner Center, Program Partners must submit, and have approved, a Teams Platform claim for each customer that is being assisted with deployment of an eligible F-SKU.

This program follows the standard CPOR incentive eligibility process:

• Must be claimed prior to 10% AU eligibility threshold to qualify for 15% Onboarding milestone.
• Must be claimed prior to 20% AU eligibility threshold to qualify for 40% Deployment milestone.

Rates for driving usage to the 15% and 40% milestones are as follows:

• XSmall (150-499) - $500 
• Small (500-2,499) - $1,500 
• Med/Large/XLarge (2,500+) - $3,000

No, both FRPs and Jumpstart partners will earn at the rates listed.

When will I begin to receive incentive payments for milestone achievements begin?

Statement processing for F-SKU milestone achievements will begin in Q4 FY22.

I have already been working with a customer on driving FLW. Is this activity eligible to earn the incentive?

This program follows the standard CPOR incentive eligibility process:

• Must be claimed prior to 10% AU eligibility threshold to qualify for 15% Onboarding milestone.

When can I start claiming?

Partners may begin submitting claims today, with incentive-eligible milestone achievements January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022. NOTE: Claims MUST be submitted by June 30, 2022.

How are milestone achievements and payments determined with mixed Teams Platforms SKUs?

For the Frontline Worker Accelerator Incentive, pay is based on paid F-SKU Teams Platform usage ONLY (free and trial F-SKUs are excluded), not on total entitlements (e.g. E-SKUs like E3 M365).

Example:

• Assume Teams Platform Claim for 300 entitlements:
  • 150 Frontline Worker (F-SKU) and
  • 150 other Teams Platform SKUs (non F-SKU)
• With this Frontline Worker Accelerator Incentive, partner will earn $500 on the 150 F-SKUs
• Through OSU M365 for the Teams Platform usage:
  • Non-FRP Competency Partners can earn an additional $500 on the 300 Teams Platform SKUs
  • FastTrack Ready Partners can earn an additional $750 on the 300 Teams Platform SKUs
