Update May 24, 2021: A fix has been confirmed and will be in place on May 26, 2021. The queue is expected to be clear by May 31, 2021. System Alert: An issue has been detected which impacts the processing speed of synchronizing approved CPOR claims to FTOP. Partners may be experiencing a delay in approved CPOR claims displaying in FTOP recently. An issue has been detected in the synchronization aligning the systems. A solution has been developed, but not yet deployed. We will update this post when the solution is in place. Awareness Only
