We heard you. Beginning June 25, 2021, you will have one (1) location to track your cases and be able to see your request status in the Partner Support tool.

Please submit all questions, access requests, issues, program bugs, and requests to the Operational Support Team. A guide to use the new tool can be found at https://aka.ms/frpsupport.

Please note that FRPHelp@microsoft.com is retiring on July 9, 2021. Any existing open cases with FRPHelp that have not been resolved by July 9, will have Partner Support cases opened by the Operational Support team.
