Update: August 20, 2021 - July FRP statement processing has been placed on hold to address calculation issues. Refer to the alert with estimated resolution date of September 15, 2021.
Update: August 18, 2021 - July FRP Incentive Statements will be delivered to the FastTrack Ready Support Site on or before Monday, August 23, 2021.

We have delayed the delivery of the July 2021 FRP statements to ensure that an upstream data issue was corrected, verified, and that your incentives are processed with the best data available.

Due to an upstream data issue, statement processing is not expected to begin until July 30, 2021. This delay will cause statements to be available and payments to be issued on or near August 15, 2021. We apologize for this unexpected delay and are doing everything we can to reduce the impact.

The July statement will include the final payment for FY21 activity across all workloads and will reflect earnings for both OLM-Intune and A310, both concluded June 30, 2021. Partners have 90-days after a milestone should have been paid to submit a dispute to the FastTrack Ready Support Site. For the June milestones, the dispute submission deadline will be extended to November 15, 2021 to account for the delay.

Please recall that the FY22 Terms and Conditions have been updated to align with the OSU-M365 incentive program statement publication and payment period of 45 days which will allow additional flexibility for dealing with this sort of upstream data issue moving forward.
