FRP User Assignments removal: August 25, 2021

Update September 1, 2021: the maintenance has been completed as described.

On July 28, 2021 we updated the OSU Automation process to remove FTOP partner user assignments when the partner organization was disassociated with a tenant. Previously, this did not happen and resulted in FTOP tenants left with Partner FM/FEs assigned.

On August 25, 2021 we will remove Partner FM/FE assignments for user accounts if the partner is no longer associated with the tenant. This is expected to be completed by September 2, 2021.

Here is what to expect:

If there is at least one workload assigned to the partner, the user accounts will not be removed.
If there are no workloads assigned to the partner, the partner user accounts will be removed.
There are some cases where user accounts were added to the RM section. These will be removed as well.
The ‘FTP Partner name’ on the Onboarding tab / RM section and the ‘Partner name’ on the Partner tab / RM section will not be modified.
