Teams Phone System reprocessing: August 20, 2021
Last week we began reprocessing claims with Teams Phone System that were submitted between October 1, 2020 and July 14, 2021. This is expected to be completed by September 4, 2021. This action will ensure the new FTOP Teams Phone System workload assignments are retroactively applied.
