As stated in the Terms and Conditions, this incentive will expire June 30, 2021.

System Alert: An issue has been detected with the May Compliance Emails

Partners may have received a Compliance email incorrectly reporting partner compliance on May 27, 2021. The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented. All partners contacts will receive a corrected May Compliance email on June 1, 2021.

Several improvements to the OLM-MAM report in the FRP Dashboard

Updates have been incorporated into the OLM-MAM report.

Referral-ready partners may receive an increase in ODfB referrals.

We have implemented a change to the RFA review process to expand the ODfB referrals eligible to route to partners.

The FTOP Entitlement Override process has been retired.

The entitlement override FTOP feature was temporarily used to claim EDU tenants. It was retired in February. All workload entitlement overrides will be removed from FTOP in the next 2-3 weeks.

FTOP assignments for AIP which don’t have a CPOR claim or have a claim start date before October 1, 2020 will be removed.

The AIP workload was replaced with MIP. AIP claims needed to be resubmitted after October 1, 2020 to be incentive eligible.

System Alert: An issue has been detected impacting the processing speed of synchronizing approved CPOR claims to FTOP

Partners may be experiencing extended times for approved CPOR claims to appear in FTOP. Development teams have a fix prepared, with normal processing to resume by May 17, 2021.
