FRP Dashboard update: July 1, 2021, add usage data for Teams sub-workloads

On July 1, 2021, partners will be able to view Teams Phone System, Teams Meetings, and Teams Platform workloads on the FRP Dashboard. This update allows partners to see the usage information on these tenants/workloads even if the tenants are not assigned to the FRP in FTOP.

Note: There are no plans to add Teams Meetings and Teams Platform to FTOP at this time; the FRP Dashboard is the only way to see usage for those Teams sub-workloads. There will be an update on July 14, 2021 to allow assignment of the Teams Phone System workload in FTOP. For partners who have previously claimed Team Phone System, those tenants will be processed after July 14, 2021, and will appear in FTOP.

Please note that FRPHelp@microsoft.com is retiring on July 9, 2021. Any existing open cases with FRPHelp that have not been resolved by July 9, will have Partner Support cases opened by the Operational Support team.

Incentive calculations have NO dependency on the Engagement Scenario field in FTOP
The field is populated automatically through OSU automation when making the assignment in FTOP for an approved CPOR claim.

No partner action is expected or necessary.

FRP Dashboard update: MCAS and MDI data is available in the Data Health Tab
Effective June 15, 2021, the FRP Dashboard > Data Health tab includes MCAS and MDI data. The data will be included in the Compliance Emails July forward.
Be sure to update your MCAS and MDI data in FTOP.

Issue Resolved: May 2021 FRP Statements are now available for download.

Earlier today there was an issue preventing the download of May 2021 statements.

The issue has been resolved. All partners receiving a May statement may now login and download the May statement.
