FRP Power BI Dashboard release – CPOR usage data is now displayed for RFA tenants

Starting September 29, 2021* forward, partners have visibility to CPOR Usage Data in the FRP Power BI Dashboard for assigned RFA tenants.

"No Incentive" Referrals option

The FRP Referral team is extending the ability for Referral Ready partners to receive "No-Incentive" Referrals - requests for assistance (RFA) for workloads that may not have incentives.

August FRP incentive statements will begin delivery to partners on September 15, 2021.

System alert: Incident impacting access to downloadable FastTrack content

An issue with our content management system has been identified impacting collateral hosted throughout the FastTrack Playbook (e.g., BVDs, Services Workshops, etc.).

Attempts to access the content currently results in a 404 error.

The issue has been escalated and updates will be provided as they are available.

FRP Dashboard update: new column on the Edge tab “PB MAU at Time of Claim”

New column “PBMAU at Time of Claim” is now available on the Edge tab of the FRP Power BI Dashboard. By leveraging this field, partners may now estimate Edge PB MAU growth from time of claim.

Important notes:

• Only tenants with approved claims will display in this view.
• The new field is to be used for estimation purposes only. The data does not completely represent payment eligibility due to additional business logic applied with actual payments.
