Discontinued FTOP field: Engagement Scenario

While historically there were instances of incentives requiring this field be manually maintained for incentive eligibility, this is no longer the case. Use of the field for incentive calculation or other purposes has been discontinued, and the field is now manually maintained via OSU automation.

The field remains visible, but partners should discontinue manual efforts to maintain.
