Microsoft has launched a new program to maximize customer deployment of Microsoft Viva modules to support FastTrack Microsoft Viva deployment targets in Q4. Partners are encouraged to engage with their existing customer portfolio to both land the Microsoft Viva message as well as start deployments.

Offer terms
  • The program runs from January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022.
  • Eligible Customers: Commercial and government customers with 150 or more Microsoft Viva licenses. Customers in the Education segment and non-profit organizations are not eligible.
  • Program partners must submit, and have approved, a Viva Incentive Customer Claim for each customer that is being assisted with their deployment.
  • Partners will be able to continue to drive Monthly Active Device usage through the end of the Microsoft fiscal year, June 30, 2022.
Rates

From January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022, FastTrack Ready Partners may earn:
  • $2,500 per module for 150-499 seats
  • $4,000 per module for 500-2499 seats
  • $5,000 per module for 2500+ seats
How it works

Program Partners are responsible for driving usage per each module as defined:
  • Microsoft Viva Connections 
    • Qualifies for the FastTrack Benefit.
    • Deploy Microsoft Viva Connections App to fifty percent of Teams Active Users (# App deployed/# Active Teams Users).
  • Microsoft Viva Insights (150 or more Microsoft Viva Insights licenses required for eligibility)
    • Deploy Topics Module
    • Enable “My Team” and “My Org” tab(s) for one (1) or more qualified user(s)
    • Qualified User = Manager for “My Team” and Leader for “My Org”
    • Organizational structure for Insights Advance Analytics (Web Version) uploaded
  • Microsoft Viva Learning (150 or more Microsoft Viva Learning licenses required for eligibility)
    • Deploy Learning Module
    • Enable one (1) or more Eligible Content Source(s) – Excludes LinkedIn Learning, MS Learn and M365 Training sources
  • Microsoft Viva Topics (150 or more Microsoft Viva Topics licenses required for eligibility)
    • Deploy Topics Module
    • Publish one (1) topic(s)
Payments
  • Partner will receive a one-time payment when a milestone is achieved per module.
  • Payment will be calculated and distributed in the June payment cycle.
Determination
  • Payment determination will be made based on June 30, 2022 snapshot.
  • “Proof of Execution” or “POE” means verifiable evidence using Microsoft internal telemetry that Program Partner has completed a required activity to achieve a payment milestone. POE for the offer will include:
  • Microsoft Viva Connections
    • Connections App deployed to greater than fifty (50) percent Teams Users. If yes, partner is paid. If no, partner is not paid.
  • Microsoft Viva Insights
    • My Team and/or My Org Tab is enabled for one (1) or more users. If yes, partner is paid. If no, partner is not paid.
    • WPA with Organizational structure is uploaded. If yes, partner is paid. If no, partner is not paid.
  • Microsoft Viva Learning
    • One (1) or more Eligible Content Source(s) is enabled and at least one (1) content source is enabled (excluding LinkedIn Learning, MS Learn, M365 Training). If yes, partner is paid. If no, partner is not paid.
  • Microsoft Viva Topics
    • One (1) or more Topic(s) is published and one (1) or more Topic Center is enabled. If yes, partner is paid. If no, partner is not paid.
