Microsoft is enabling Ukrainian customers to use trial licenses for up to 6 months to allow them to conduct business and move to the cloud. You are encouraged to deliver the FastTrack Benefit to any Ukrainian customer that needs help.
If you have a Ukrainian customer using trial licenses, we will pay the standard FastTrack Ready Partner (FRP) CPOR incentives for you to help them reach the 15% and 40% milestones. The standard program rules remain in effect for customer, tenant and workload eligibility. Milestone achievement will be measured against trial license entitlements even if there are existing paid licenses in the tenant as well.
Partners are free to start engaging with this program upon receipt of this communication. The Ukrainian Trial Incentive program will be added to the FastTrack Ready Partner Terms and Conditions in the coming days.
To participate:
- Submit a workload(s) claim for a Ukrainian customer using trial licenses through the Ukrainian Customer Claim Form.
- Once the claim is approved you will receive notification from the FRP program.
- These customer claims are being handled outside of the standard CPOR process due to the use of trial licenses.
- Please engage with your customer ASAP and do not wait for claim approval, speed is of the essence, and we do not want to delay customer engagement.
- To be eligible for incentive payment, all claims must be submitted through the Ukrainian Customer Claim Form, be approved and have usage achieved by June 30, 2022.
- All FRP’s are eligible to participate. However, partners need to be preapproved, so the team is aware which partners are engaging with Ukrainian customers. If your company is not listed in the Ukrainian Customer Claim Form, please reach out to PXPartnerOnboarding@microsoft.com to get added to the list.
Note: These customers will not appear in FRP Dashboard due to the use of trial licenses.
The FRP program will track approved customer claims and validate usage at the end of June 2022, providing one payment of all achieved incentives in the June payment cycle following our normal process. Payment for these incentives will be included in the statement partners receive on or around August 15, 2022.
