Referral Ready partners may now opt-in to receive "No-Incentive" Referrals - requests for assistance (RFA) for workloads that may not have incentives.
To enable this feature, let your FPM know that you would like to participate. Partners who opt-in will be enabled over 2-4 week increments using a phased approach.
Partners can disable this feature at any time by speaking with their FPM. The most common reason to disable so far has been related to capacity and the ability to serve customers.
Why participate? No Incentive Referrals may lead to:
- Reducing costs to obtain new customers through lead generation
- Other workloads may have incentives
- The opportunity to sell value added services
Refer to the Terms and Conditions, Exhibit A – Program Benefits, section 2.b.ii “No Incentives” published September 15, 2021, including the following addition:
- ii) No Incentives – Willing to accept customers that have benefit related needs and no incentives available for requested workloads.
Referral Ready partners who have opted in for Customer Referrals may also opt-in for optional criteria such as “No Incentives”. No Incentive Referrals are RFAs requesting assistance where the workloads requested do not have incentives available. Partners may be willing to accept these for the potential of other incentive eligible workloads, selling Value Added services, or reducing customer acquisition costs. Any participating Program Partners who decline "No Incentives" requests will lead to additional reviews by their assigned FPM.
