We are pleased to announce that the FastTrack Ready Partner Program has expanded to include Microsoft Edge, giving customers FRP assistance with deploying and configuring the new Microsoft Edge in their organizations.
Beginning in August, 2020, eligible customers can work with a FastTrack Ready Partner to receive deployment guidance for Microsoft Edge. Organizations can also receive deployment guidance directly from FastTrack if they are not working with an FRP.

Incentive Details
We are introducing a brand new cross portfolio incentive model for Edge. This offer is open only to our FastTrack Ready Partners and not part of the OSU M365 Usage Incentive Program.
What is the Program duration?
- August 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021
Which Customers are eligible?
- Any customer tenant meeting the FastTrack eligibility requirements in the FastTrack Ready Partner Terms & Conditions here.
What is the Incentive Model?
- Partners may earn $4 per incremental Edge Primary Browser MAU (PBMAU) growth across partner portfolio of Edge registered tenants.
- Incentive earning potential is not capped per Partner
- Incentive earning potential is capped at 5,000 PBMAU ($20,000) growth per individual customer tenant.
How will Partners be paid & customer usage be measured?
- Incentive is expected to start being paid 90 days from offer announcement and will be retroactive to August 1, 2020.
- Net PBMAU growth will be measured across the portfolio of Program Partner customer tenants with approved Edge claims.
- Net growth is calculated monthly comparing a snapshot of usage data from the last day of the current calendar month to the previous end of month snapshot.
- A Reporting dashboard will be offered via FTOP Reports to track progress against registered customers – Coming Soon!
What is O365 Online Connected Services PB MAU?
Monthly count of active commercial signed-in users with the new Microsoft Edge as their Primary Browser. Measured by the number of intentional actions in O365 Online Connected Services accessed through the browser.
Intentional actions are counted for browser-based use of:
- Outlook Web Access
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint Online
- Teams
- Yammer
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
* Excludes rich client usage of these services.
