As shared in this week’s Partner success calls (Americas, Asia, EMEA), in February you will see changes to the FRP Dashboard’s Performance Requirements and Data Health reports.
What’s Changing?
- We’re improving how we measure Partner’s Performance for FRP Program eligibility.
- The changes reflect alignment to the FY21 program.
- The updated reports will track and measure partner performance based on the customer tenant location
- This change provides clarity on where the impact was driven and aligns engineering with field & OCP
What’s the Impact?
- Performance Metrics
- Enables partners to get recognized for the impact they drive across all customers and geographies regardless of the MPN ID or a partners FRP approved geography
- No impact to incentives, claiming process, or any other aspects of the OSU-M365 or FastTrack Ready program. Performance measurement is only used for FRP eligibility.
- Data Health
- Overall Status Notes Update
- from a Compliance standpoint, the Overall Status Notes must be updated in last 14 days for S2500 tenants and last 28 days for non-S2500 tenants that have at least one active workload (i.e., < 40% Active Usage).
- Partner Contact | New Metric
- Provide one or more Partner Contacts in the Contacts tab in FTOP for S2500 Tenants to enable improved collaboration with MWAs.
- Note: This metric will not be counted towards the FRP compliance for first 90 days after the launch of this changes.
- FRP Partner will have 90 days to provide the partner contact for S2500 tenants without any impact on the DH compliance status.
- Compliance Email Process for H2
- We will restart sending monthly compliance emails in May 2021
- This will give partners an opportunity to understand the new metrics and update information.
