In Exhibit A, Section 3: Incentives, two new incentives have been added to the FRP-only incentive section:
- Frontline Worker (FLW) Accelerator Program
- The program is focused on accelerating Teams Platform usage of paid F-SKU licenses: Office 365 F3, M365 F1, and M365 F3 (free and trial F-SKUs are excluded).
- Program Partners have from January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022 to scale Frontline Worker capabilities.
- Microsoft 365 Deployment Offer Voucher
- This program is to help accelerate the customers move to Microsoft 365 E5 revenue.
- The Microsoft field will nominate Eligible Customers to receive a voucher worth up to $50,000 in deployment services credit to be redeemed through a Program Partner for the deployment of M365 services.
- Program Partners have from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 to submit a voucher redemption request and associated documentation for the initial payment. Final payment request and associated documentation must be submitted within six (6) months of the voucher issue date.
