Microsoft remains committed to helping organizations stay connected and productive during this difficult period, and as such, we are offering a new Office 365 E1 trial for government, education, medical, and commercial customers in Indonesia, available immediately.
Offer Details: Office 365 E1 trials for government, hospital, and commercial customers. Government agencies, NGOs, and hospitals can receive a free 6-month Office 365 E1 trial for all users. Commercial customers can receive a free 90-day Office 365 E1 trial for all users, using one of the following Offer IDs: ec014495-5616-4471-832f-b08fc25ba474 or 03a6860d-e3b8-481d-91ee-8e47d72e3680.
This offer is only available to managed customers through September 30, 2021.
Trial licenses must be requested by Microsoft account representative Incentives are available for the following services:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Teams core (chat and collaboration)
Note: Teams advanced workloads are not included in the Office 365 E1 trial. We are providing an incentive for Teams core activity for these COVID trials as an exception to current policy. Program Partners have until the end of the license trial period to achieve the MAU needed to earn the associated incentives.
Deadline:
- Commercial customers have until November 30, 2021 (3 months from August 30, 2021) to achieve the MAU needed to earn available incentives.
- Non-commercial customers have until February 28, 2022 (6 months from August 30, 2021) to achieve the MAU needed to earn available incentives.
Payment:
Incentive calculation and payment will be executed once for each trial type: Commercial using data from August 30, 2021, to November 30, 2021. Non-commercial using data from August 30, 2021, to February 28, 2022.
Determination:
Program Partners will not receive Incentives for only assigning users to Qualifying Workload(s). FRP Program Terms & Conditions will be updated to include this new program by end of day August 18, 2021.
Example: Partner A claims EXO for the existing paid entitlements via CPOR and partner B claims EXO for the new trial entitlements through the COVID claiming tool. Each partner will be recognized for the MAU growth and associated incentives for the entitlements of which they have approved claims.
Incentives will be evaluated and paid one time at the end of the license trial period, September 30, 2021, for commercial and December 31, 2021 for non-commercial, for all claimed services. Payment will be made following the standard FRP Program practice, 1 month in arrears, the following month in the combined FRP statement.
