No Incentive Referrals option for Referral Ready partners
As shared in the September Partner Community Calls (
Americas,
Asia,
EMEA), the FastTrack Ready Partner team is happy to announce a new referral option available to partners.
Many customers submit Requests for Assistance (RFA) for workloads that may not have incentives; historically they have been routed to the FastTrack Center. Partners have expressed interest in receiving these referrals for multiple reasons:
- Reducing costs to obtain new customers through lead generation.
- Other workloads may have incentives.
- The opportunity to sell value-added services.
The FRP Referral team is extending the ability for Referral Ready partners to receive No Incentive referrals. Note: To enable this feature, notify your FPM that you would like to participate. Partners who opt-in will be enabled over 2-4 week increments using a phased approach. The terms and conditions have also been updated to reflect this incentive.
If any of the following scenarios occur: the customer experience is negatively impacted, customers are rejected because there are no incentives, or the benefit related services are not delivered at no cost to the customer, partners may be removed from No-Incentives Referrals.
Partners can disable this feature at any time by speaking with their FPM. The most common reason to disable so far has been related to capacity and the ability to serve customers.
