Data health policy change: Overall Status to be updated by partners upon request

As shared during the October Partner Community Calls, we have revised our policy regarding Overall Status Data Health requirements in response to partner feedback and evolving business needs.

Effective immediately, you no longer need to regularly update Overall Status for your customers.

Moving forward, a member of the FastTrack team will reach out for status on specific customers based on scenarios, such as escalations or stalled deployments. We will need partners provide a status to answer key questions within two business days or ASAP.

We are pleased to provide this immediate change to the Overall Status requirement as we continually seek to incorporate your feedback and capture data that drives value both for you and our engineering teams.

It is very important to note that the data FRPs provide regarding their customer engagements is one of the critical differentiators that drives Microsoft’s engineering investment in the FastTrack Ready Program. It is the unique intelligence that you provide about the customer that cannot be inferred from telemetry that is so critical and valuable. The data requirements are a key driver of the differentiated rates that FRPs receive, along with the delivery of the FastTrack Benefit.

FRP Power BI Dashboard – released October 28, 2021

The FRP Power BI Dashboard was updated on Thursday, October 28, 2021.

The freeze announced October 5, 2021 has been lifted. Partners can resume full use of the dashboard, not that the data is now aligned to the OSU FY22 data stream.

Wizard as a Benefit resources

There are new resources to help with the Wizard as a Benefit approach:

• A kick-off deck outlining how to start with the wizards.
• Video guidance.

Each region now has Wizard as a Benefit champions:

• Americas: Roberto Sandrini and Xavier Alegria
• Asia: Dianne Borbon
• EMEA: Stephane Almeida

• Microsoft Teams Meeting 60% Targeted Special Incentive rate card updated to reflect the corrected bucket sizes and amount of incentive payment.

Secure Score Refresh Updates

With ongoing changes for Microsoft products, these updates provide FastTrack the up-to-date approved marketing content for Microsoft Secure Score. As part of keeping security in the forefront for customers, MWAs, and FEs will be able to give an overview for Microsoft Secure Score to help customers gain awareness for their security posture and stay current with all the product changes to date.

Creation of Microsoft Cloud App Security In-Product Wizard

Availability of MCAS Self-Service Automation (SSA) Wizard and mapped to existing enablement task. This includes global readiness training, communication, and Playbook task updates.

Update Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI) BVD with FastTrack Benefit Scope Content

• The BVD did not contain a slide that explains in-scope and out of scope assistance and support provided by FastTrack.
• An architecture slide has been added to show the interaction between MDI and other products.
• Another slide was added to provide a glimpse into secure score since the MDI posture assessments will move there.
