Wizard as the onboarding Benefit - optional delivery method now available in the FastTrack Playbook
In the
Playbook guidance section complete instructions with e-learning videos of how to use the Advanced deployment guidance are now available. This content was previously available as a pilot for FRPs and is now officially incorporated into the FastTrack Playbook.
Each guide provides you with step-by-step instructions, resources, articles, and when needed, scripts you can use to make configuration changes. These guides provide you with choices that reflect the specific needs of both small and large organizations. Additionally, the guidance includes assistance for both new and more experienced admins.
The setup guides landing page has a recommended setup path that customers can follow depending on their needs in time. The setup guides are grouped to provide a best practice approach and section includes recommended and optional setup guides to ensure that optimal deployment happens on each category.
The FastTrack service description will include the delivery using the Advanced Deployment guides as an optional delivery method. Service Description changes will be published later in January.
Thank you to all partners who participated in the pilot and helped shape this delivery method.

Feedback focus
Action based on your input
Thanks to those of you who have submitted ideas, voted and added comments into our FRP Insights/Feedback tool. Here are some examples of your suggestions taken into action:
Title: Localization request - provide latest incentive guide in Japanese
Feedback: [Translated] I think Teams meetings incentives have been changed to 15% and 60%, but is there Japanese material with "Incentive rate by product/license size" information on a single slide? I found a PDF file, but I would appreciate it if there was a document that was organized in a single PowerPoint file. Thank you very much.
Outcome: This Knowledge Article with current FRP rates has been published to our knowledge base and can be conveniently translated into may languages via the Edge browser.
Title: FTOP transition to PC for FRP - Overall Status Notes
Feedback: Understanding there are future plans for transitioning from FTOP to PC for data purposes I have a question about Overall Status Notes (OSN). When previously asked, the answer was that they would likely go away and not be required anymore. However, (as much as I cannot believe I am saying this) I feel the OSN history of a customer's FT engagement(s) can be quite valuable. Some customers have been around FT for years. Having a history of previous engagements can save a lot of time and headache. As a regular part of our process, we review the OSN history for every new customer in FTOP. Sometimes we find out information the customer may have forgotten to share that could have a significant impact. Being aware of certain information helps us provide a better experience for the customer, which is very important to our team.
With all that being said, I am wondering if the program team will take into consideration the value of the OSN and provide FRP a way to still utilizing the tool.
Outcome: We are currently preparing the transition from FTOP to Partner Center. Our plan includes bringing the Overall Status Notes history so that you are empowered to conduct the activities mentioned above. Thank you for your feedback!
