A look back at 2021
2021 has been an eventful year! Your success is our success. Our endeavor is to provide content and events to support your journey as you build your business as a FastTrack Ready Partner. Successful partners make for happy customers. We wish to extend our gratitude, admiration, and dedication to our FastTrack Ready Partners.
The FRP Hub
To make it easier to find resources we created the FastTrack Ready Partner Hub. In January 2021, we launched the FRP Hub, nested within the M365 Partner Transform site.
Refreshed this month, the site is designed to help partners easily navigate to all things FRP:
The Partner Community Portal
In February 2021, we launched the Partner Community Portal for partners to submit their Insights/Feedback.
We have expanded the portal with more tools and resources to engage in the program and provide support.
- Insights/Feedback. Directly submit your ideas and feedback on the program and upvote other partners ideas.
- Knowledge Base. This is your index for all things FRP. When you think, “I just need to know...” the resources on knowledge base can be quickly searched for guidance and announcements. Cascade usage of the knowledge base across your FastTrack organization today.
- FRP News and Alerts Blogs. When you need information without the conversation on Yammer, refer to the FRP News and Alerts blogs to read program announcements and newsletters.
- FRP Help. Submit and track cases, engaging with our support team when you have questions about the program.
FastTrack Grow
In August 2021, FastTrack Grow was released to assure partners knowledge and skills are aligned to Microsoft priorities. This content is refreshed annually for FastTrack delivery team members, and for the first time has been made available for FastTrack Ready Partners.
On demand learning is available for Employee Experience, Modern Work, Security, and overall FastTrack program success.
FRP Academy
Also in August of 2021, FastTrack Ready Partner Academy expanded from four on-demand videos to more than twenty on-demand learning modules, documentation, and interactive learning. Partners can establish customized learning plans, share relevant learning within their organization, and track success to completing learning paths. Essential to new FastTrack Ready Partners, the FRP Academy is instrumental to partners who have new employees or when knowledge and skills need to be refreshed.
FRP Events
New! In December 2021 FRP Events – https://aka.ms/frpwebinars moved from the EventBuilder platform.
The FRP Events Calendar is now available on the FRP Hub. The FRP Events Calendar will help you know what sessions and meetings are available in advance so that you can plan your calendar and come prepared with questions.

FastTrack Ready Partner Knowledge Badges
In 2022, FastTrack Ready Partners can earn Knowledge Badges. Watch The FRP Badges with FastTrack Ready Partner Knowledge Badges to learn more. FRPs will earn the ability to distinguish themselves from the crowd as experts in Delivering the FastTrack Benefit, Mastery of FastTrack Ready Migration, and more. There are several optional badges to obtain depending on the role within your organization: Foundations Associate, Foundations: Delivery Professional, Foundations: Sales Professional, Migration Associate, and Migration Process Expert, with more to come.

Refreshed Go to Market Content
