July FRP Incentive payment

Due to an upstream data issue, statement processing was delayed. Statements and payments will be issued on or near August 15, 2021.

The July statement will include the final payment for FY21 activity across all workloads and will reflect earnings for both OLM-Intune and A310, both concluded June 30, 2021. Partners will have 90 days to submit a dispute to the FastTrack Ready Support Site.

FRP Dashboard updates: FY22 Workshop Tab, Data Health and Performance Requirement Tab

July 29, 2021, FY22 Workshop Tab update

We are adding a new Workshop Eligibility tab to replace the existing three (3) Workshop tabs:

• Secure Work from Anywhere
• SCI & Endpoint
• Teams & Firstline

The new Workshop Eligibility tab* shows the potential tenants that are eligible for FY22 Workshops.

August 6, 2021, Data Health and Performance Requirement Tab updates

The Forecast Health and Overall Status Notes metric calculation will exclude those workloads for milestones that have been achieved. We have incorporated this based on feedback received in the Insights/Feedback Forum.

The Performance Requirement tab is now available. We are updating the Teams Health Eligibility category to reflect the FY22 T&Cs.

Item: Requesting customer-facing documentation provided by Microsoft to explain CPOR Registrations.

Feedback: “We would really like a customer facing web page, published by Microsoft, that explains the CPOR process to customers. CPOR registration is a difficult conversation for partners, and we would like to reference the customer with a Microsoft view of the process.”
