Make the Ideas Details page better

The ideas details page is pretty wonky. Alignment is weird, it is tough to read. It should be made to be more engaging.

Ooh, now that was a little patient, I now see that the vote counts are consistently 1. This is what I would expect.

I now updated the status from needs votes to Accepted.

Comment. Here's a comment. What's the default text size, I wonder? Because I tried to add a Feedback (comment) via PRM and it made it size 9. Things to fix.
