Teams Phone System reprocessing: August 20, 2021

Last week we began reprocessing claims with Teams Phone System that were submitted between October 1, 2020 and July 14, 2021. This is expected to be completed by September 4, 2021. This action will ensure the new FTOP Teams Phone System workload assignments are retroactively applied.

FRP User Assignments removal: August 25, 2021

On July 28, 2021 we updated the OSU Automation process to remove FTOP partner user assignments when the partner organization was disassociated with a tenant. Previously, this did not happen and resulted in FTOP tenants left with Partner FM/FEs assigned.

On August 25, 2021 we will remove Partner FM/FE assignments for user accounts if the partner is no longer associated with the tenant. This is expected to be completed by September 2, 2021.

July statement processing issue: Estimated resolution date is September 15, 2021

Our team has uncovered an upstream issue that impacts payment calculations. We have decided to put the July statements on hold as we investigate this issue. We intend to deliver both the July and August statements on or before September 15^th.
