Dear all,

In order to claim a customer workload, we submit the POE after getting customer signature. The POE approval from CPOR team comes within 4 to 5 business days. But the Problem we are facing is that once the CPOR POE is accepted, it takes 3 to 4 business days to reflect in FRP PowerBI dashboard and it takes more than 10 plus days (sometimes even more days) to reflect in the CPOR dashboard with usage.

Status details

2021-08-11 - Data & Tools - the work to reduce the time it takes for usage information to appear in PC center from ~25 days to ~15 days is expected to land in Q1.
2021-07-07 - Data & Tools - once a claim is approved, it takes 8 days to sync to FTOP. The data in the FRP Dashboard data will be a day or two after that. For partner center, it can takes ~25 days for the usage information to appear. There is work taking place in Partner Center to reduce this down to ~15 days. We will update this note when we have a release date.
2021-05-19 - Data & Tools team - the relevant Partner Center engineering teams have this work item underway to reduce the latency. No ETA at this point.
2021-03-29 - Reporting Team - reviewing with OSU engineering team to address issue.
2021-02-22 - Assignment Team - assigning to Reporting to triage.

  • Has there been any update on the above?

Claims are being approved, customer details/usage pulling through onto FRP Power BI/ FTOP However taking more than 20 days to pull through onto Partner Centre?

This is starting to really annoy our customers, as there plans to deploy are being put on hold as we are awaiting usage levels to be shown in PC to check if they are eligible?
  • This is a common issue and still not fixed. I currently have those issues with multiple customers. I claim customer and I get approval in 3-4 days. That's okey. But remaining usage reflection progress is painful that takes weeks. Please can you make this faster and more stable?
  • Additional issue on the same topic : Also PAU (Paid Available Units/ # of entitlements) will take more than 2-3 weeks to show up in CPOR. Any incident logged in 2 weeks after the claim approval related to this has been declined or cancelled by CPOR team.
  • We have found that selecting the Edge workload on the POE mostly results in rapid processing, and visibility of FTOP data that day.
  • Same as just posted from Andrew, the experience with claiming Edge workload is quick and seamless. On the other hand, claiming other workloads might result in a long process that could take between 2 to 4 weeks. Also reaching out to frphelp@microsoft.com doesn't seem to help speeding up the process, as the support request might land with people that are not dealing with the query.
  • UK Area Partners are advising that this issue is also having an imapct also.  However, they are unable to up-vote currently
