So, as part of a green initiative and also to help get the programme running better, I was thinking that with a little code (possibly PowerApp), Microsoft could create an electronic version of the POE form and include e-signatures from the customer as part of the process flow.
At present, I know we have a form that is emailed to the customer, they complete it, ticking boxes and filling in information (this could all be lookup based), before either signing a printed and scanned version of the form, that we then upload back to you as our Proof.
So, create a powerApp, link it to your MPN, add a search facility (like Accelerator's) and create a simple click and slide option menu. E-signature and automatic approval would speed up the whole process and make it simple, with NO disputes.
Options!?

Status details
2021-05-19 - Data & Tools team - Submitted to Partner Center as feedback. They will evaluate further in the next iteration of PC. Other initiatives to reduce claim processing time via automation are underway.2021-03-22 - Data and Tools Team - Investigating POE collection tool as an alternative option.
2021-03-08 - Assignment Team - assigning to Tools Team to triage.

we typically have a SOW in place - either signed physically and scanned to PDF or also via DocuSign.
So everything which you suggested would mean more effort...
Thx

Currently in Japan we are not using any service like DocuSign for POE. We have to ask the customer each time to physically sign a piece of paper and send it back to us. After that we upload the POE to MS.
I would love a way to get an electronic signature so we can get the process done quicker. Several times, we've found ourselves waiting on the customer to sign a document they've forgot about.
Thanks,
JD
