When submitting SOW/POE for CPOR association, customers sometimes feel uncomfortable to sign several SOW/POE with same contents with the only differences in the ticked workloads. Is it necessary to have the maximum of four workloads for per SOW/POE, any possibilities to remove this limit?

2021-08-30 - EPX - Completely understand the concern and customer hesitation. It is not necessary to have separate POE/SOW for each claim submission. It is perfectly acceptable to submit the same POE/SOW for multiple claims if all the workloads are checked off on signed POE/SOW since we only allow 4 workloads per claim.

  • Since we can disassociate or remote a specific workload that does not get approved, the ability to submit all the workloads without a limit will save us a lot of time and effort.
