It would be great if we could select multiple workloads when we raise a customer association claim request in Partner Center. Currently there's a cap at 4 workloads, meaning that sometimes we need to raise up to 4 claim requests for just 1 customer. This is quite time consuming.

Status details

2021-09-10 - Data & Tools Team: When CPOR first started the claiming process, there were no limits in place. The limit of four workloads per claim was later introduced due to the number of claims that ended up being rejected due to missing POE data. The maximum number of workloads where POE was successfully provided was found to be about four. There are no plans to increase the limit at this time. We will monitor this request and re-evaluate based on partner votes.
